Rende de 7 a 8 enroladinhos. Cozinhe 250 gr de fettucine (ou qq macarrão mas de preferência comprido). Enquanto o macarrão cozinha prepare o molho combinando 300 gr de creme de leite fresco, uma xícara de champignons, duas colheres de sopa de molho de tomate, sal e curry. Experimente para sentir de precisa de mais curry ou mais sal. Disponha fatias de presunto ou de presunto de peru. Coloque pequenas porções de macarrão do centro do presunto e enrole como um canelloni. Unte uma travessa e disponha os rolinhos lado a lado. Acho que me lembra de momentos gostosos, de fim de tarde preguiçosa... encontrei esta receita fácil e gostosa que quero compartilhar com vocês.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 xic de maionese&lt;br /&gt;2 e meia cenouras raladas&lt;br /&gt;3/4 xic de leite&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 xic de açucar&lt;br /&gt;3 xic farinha&lt;br /&gt;1 col sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Para a cobertura vamos precisar:&lt;br /&gt;1/4 xic leite +1/4 xic de chocolate em pó + 1/2 xic de açucar + 2 col sopa margarina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata no liquidificador os ovos, a maionese, as cenouras, o leite e o açucar. Acrescente a farinha e o fermento mexendo bem com uma colher de pau. Transfira tudo para uma forma untada e enfarinhada com um furo no meio de mais ou menos 23 cm de diâmetro. Ele tem super cara de Natal mas não é por isso que você não pode fazê-lo em outras ocasiões. Ele é levinho e muito aromático. O legal é que mistura-se tudo, não tem passo a passo. É MUUUITO FÁCIL. Aprendi este receita com uma amiga no curso de Proficiency que fiz há muitos anos atrás. We had a lot of fun those days. Beijocas à Marianne Sziquetti minha super teacher que fez a turna toda passar neste dificílimo teste. Aí vai a receita:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;3 cups of flour&lt;br /&gt;6 small (or 4 big) apples peeled and sliced&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 level tbsp of cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;3 beaten eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of melted butter&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of raisins&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of chopped walnuts (or hazelnuts)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now the easy part: mix the apples and the butter in a bowl. Choose a big bowl because you´re going to need space. Add the rest. Everytime you add something, stir well.  It´s going to get really difficult to stir everything. So, hang on.  When everything is very well mixed, put it in a greased and floured pan. Bake at 240 C. for 50 minutes of until the stick comes out clean. Enjoy!! It´s really delicious.&lt;br /&gt;(note: I added a pinch of garam massala - an Indian spice - because I had it and that´s because it´s spicy. Quando coloquei tudo no forno, o açúcar caramelizado transbordou e uma super fumaça começou a sair de dentro do forno. Estava tudo queimando. Um perigo porque começou um pequeno incêndio dentro do forno. Bom, tudo isso para dizer que me lembrei de jogar sal para extinguir o fogo. E funcionou! Rapidamente tudo se apagou e pude continuar com a torta, agora dentro de uma assadeira. O importante é ficar de olho enquanto está no forno. Cada forno tem uma potência diferente e dependendo de onde você está (cidade ou praia) o tempo também é bem relativo. Mesmo com o tempo indicado, quando estiver chegando perto, fique de olho de três em três minutos pois eles vão fazer diferença no resultado final. Para quem gostou, aí vai a receita:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250gr farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200gr de açucar mascavo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200gr açucar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;150 gr de nozes picadas grosseiramente (se quiser pode substitiuir as nozes por amêndoas ou castanha do Pará)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100gr chocolate amargo em barra e 120gr chocolate ao leite ou meio amargo em barra&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200gr de manteiga&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Misture na batedeira os ovos com a farinha, os açucares e as nozes. Reserve. Derreta em banho-maria os chocolates. Não deixe pingar água dentro. Junte a manteiga até derreter. Junte esta calda de chocolate à mistura dos ovos, incorporando bem. Unte uma forma de 25 a 30 com e depois cubra com papel-manteiga. O objetivo é ter um resultado não muito grosso. Brownie não é um bolo. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por aprox. 20 minutos. Ele está pronto quando estiver com uma casquinha fora e ainda úmido dentro portanto o teste do palito não resolve muito. É uma sobremesa deliciosa que fica bem se for levemente aquecida antes, servida com sorvete de creme. Levei para o escritório e todos adoraram, até o técnico de informática que estava de passagem. Esprema meio limão por cima e polvilhe com canela em pó. Misture e coloque no micro ondas por uns 6 a 7 minutos, semi-tampado com um papel toalha. Enquanto as maçãs ficam levemente macias, faça a farofa. Para a farofa você vai precisar de 1 xic de farinha de trigo, 1 xic de açúcar mascavo e uma colher de sobremesa de canela em pó. Acrescente a esta mistura 100 grs de manteiga amolecida em pedaços. Não muito mole e não muito dura. Misture com as pontas dos dedos até virar uma farofa. Coloque as maçãs por baixo, em um pirex untado com manteiga. A farofa por cima e coloque no forno até começar a sair o liquido pela parte de cima.
